Often areas in our home can get away from us and it can become overwhelming. Simplified and Sanitized offers to help you get organized and teaches you our system to make it stay that way long after we leave. Each client will set an individual budget for any bins/organization tools needed to achieve their specific goal.

Nope! Our cleaning professional arrives fully equipped with a full range of supplies to provide quality services to you.

Not at all. because of our hours most of our clients aren’t home when we arrive. In the majority of cases our bonded and insured cleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or door code.

We do not take checks but we will gladly accept all major credit cards, venmo, paypal or cash.

To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. If we find ourselves tidying and organizing in order to clean efficiently we will add a 1 hour organizing fee. We also ask that you find a space for pets so they’re comfortable while we clean.

We’ve found that the first cleaning service brings a home up to a specific standard. We are then committed to upholding that standard. That’s why our initial cleaning may take longer and cost a little more than the rest of your services. We need the extra time to properly begin the process of eliminating mildew, soap scum, dust, and dirt from your home.

While tips aren’t expected, we’re allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide a large tip at the end of the year. You can also leave a review on our website, google or Facebook page. We love hearing that our work is appreciated.
